KEEP FILLING IN THE BACTERIA EVERY COUPLE DAYS (SMALL AMOUNT)TO CONTROL THE NITRADE LEVEL. (I'M USING 3-4 KIND S OF BACTERIA)

CONTROL THE FEEDING, NOT TOO MUCH....

I already use to with the noise. :) But , you can avoid noisy by using the good quality pump and filling the filter with a lot of fiber....

Change the water 20% every 2nd week+ filling in the bacteria to maintain the Nitrate level.....I feed them daily, once a day. (Some time every second day if I start to see algae)

2. Control the water flow to avoid blowing the sand.

3. blow the dust on the rock every couple days by using the syringe.....

It's depend to what kind of coral you would like to keep into your tank.... And what kind of equipment you would like to be installed. My best guess, for the 30" tank, basic equipments (Chiller, skimmer, filteration system), LR,LS and would cost around 600$....

I added a ton of fiber (Filter material) to absorb the water flow in the filter. So, the noise from is lower than the noise from my air con.. :)

whats the blenny at 0:35, ive got a 225 litre/55gal in my bedroom for pretty much the same reasons as you, its only but 3 months old but everything is going good with the exception of a slight algae problem with pond master uvsterilizer 11watt, macro aqua as-350p protein skimmer, aqualina t5 lighting, 110 litre sump with chaeto and various lps, sps and soft corals and fish are tomini tang, pair of saddleback clowns, yellow assesor, 3 fiji damsels, 2 green clown gobies + unidentified damselfish

buy a Tunze Nano DOC Protein Skimmer 9002 since the reviews say this skinner is just as good as AquaC Remora Protein Skimmer but quieter.

Both are a lot better then red sea.

u have same internal skimmer as i have on one of my tanks ,, but mine has recently stopped creating foam iv thought about placing a air stone underneath it .. but then i wouldnt have any treated water returing to the tank tell me have u had this problem with these skimmers.

Hey, back right corner of the tank with the white pipe coming out. Can you explain what that is?

It's a PVC pipe connected to the pump in my filtration system. (Internal filter) The pump is fixed to the bottom of the tank. The water outlet from the pump is located too low; I just want to make the water outlet higher for better water circulation.
