  • Love this video you are totally funny and your facial expressions are funny.Yiur like another friend that I just haven't met yet lol!!live your videos

  • Do you think it's worth the extra $50ish to buy the Essential Kit rather than the Travel Kit?

I'm kinda stuck on making my mind up :/

  • is this the travel one or regular size? will the regular mac brushes fit in the mrs bunny brushes? im really after the case..

  • @vintageortacky I recently received the Mr. Bunny Collection and without a how to clean it card. So I cleaned it the way I'm used to doing it. But it didn't go so well. How do you clean your synthetic brushes?

  • Are you vegan? I am. these look great! thanks for this. I haven't got any sigma brushes, the ones my friend had were horrible :\ I really love the elf studio brushes!

  • show us your chinchilla!

  • thank YOU!! i was just going to send the Mrs Bunny set back until i seen this! im still not a fan of the F50 brush tho, its too soft to do what its intended for. IM in love with the SIGMAX precision set!!

  • omg, this video is awesome. I wish the mrs bunny came in purple! I'm still torn between make me crazy and mrs bunny. thoughts??

  • Thanks so much for the review. Your review is the most helpful for me.

  • I bought these today, but the Mr. Bunny ones because I prefer the black color. I mainly got them because my skin breaks out and when you said that these don't hold bacteria as much, it sealed the deal for me. My only concern is that they might stain/not last as long as other brushes since they are synthetic, or am I wrong with that assumption?

  • hi cora!

i'm looking for brushes at the moment and am overwhelmed by the huge number of different suppliers... so, where do you think can i find brushes with the best possible price/performance ratio? (don't want to spend too much, but of course don't want to save on the brushes and get rubbish for it..) thank you..

  • OMG Cora, I absolutely LOVE your videos!!!! I ordered these brushes nearly 3 weeks ago and I'm wondering how long it takes to get here! I live in Ireland so I guess it is gonna take longer... :D

  • thanks so much for the video(: i am a vegan myself so this helps

  • So these are way softer then the make me crazy set? :) I just placed an order on the make me crazy set yesterday haha ahhh I made a mistake I want these ones now! :) but of course I will love the make me crazy set, and it's such a pretty brush set :) I guess I'll save up some money and get these ones soon :) great review!

  • thx for recomending as i am a vegiterian and dont eat or where animals so thx xxxxx

  • Out of every kit they have to offer..which do u recommend?

  • Can't wait for mine to arrive before Christmas yaayy!!

  • wow, thanks for your review. You are soooo informative. Very much appreciated.

  • Tokidoki also has synthetic brushes. Their Pittura brush set is amazing. The brushes are super soft and not scratchy. I definitely recommend them. :)

  • Great review! Been eyeing the Mrs. Bunny set & I may have to just get them sooner than later!!!

  • first time watching your videos and think your great! love your tibits of information and love your pace and the flow of your video! looking forward to watching other videos! cheers!

  • Hi Cora! :) thank you for the review. Would you recommend this set to a beginner? i was always interested in makeup so i did really simple makeup just using my fingers and low quality brushes but now i want to try some good quality brushes. which brush set would you recommend to sensitive skinned beginner?

  • Mr Vintage or Tacky, bahahaha that is fricken brilliant!

  • i would just buy those because they are pretty !

  • I have a quick question for anyone.............. what colors would you wear on the eyes if you are going to wear a red and black shirt ?

  • PET TAG ON YOUR CHINCHILLA!!! :D

  • Hey Cora! I was just wondering, how do these compare to the sigmax brushes???? I have heard a lot of hype about them so i was thinking of purchasing them however this kit seems to be more well rounded...do you think it is comparable?

  • @lemon1907 these are made with the same fibers :)

  • Are these limited edition or staying in the permanent line?

  • These are still to expensive for me. I'll stick to buying my brushes at hobby lobby. There is much more variety and the most expensive artist brushes are still cheaper then these. You can get better quality for less money. However if you love brand name stuff then my suggestion isn't for you. But hey, 25 dollars or more for a 3 to 5 dollar brush just because it says mac or sigma is kinda stupid. It's ridiculous how they over price things usually made in the same factory with different labels.

  • @podgurski14 I agree that they are still pretty pricey, but you get what you pay for. Mac and Sigma brushes are much better quality. Mac brushes are handmade (depending on the model) and are much more dense than artist brushes. High end brushes like Hakuhodo and Mac are not mass-produced or overpriced when you think about how much effort and care was put into the production of each individual brush.

  • @GrimmReaperess I'll believe that when I see it. Just because that's what they claim doesn't necessarily make it true. I tend to be very skeptical. I've found brushes that are just a dense. They even have more variety in shape, size, density, length, hair type (goat, horse, synthetic ect.) It helps custom tailor them to a person particular makeup application. Not everyone face size and shape is the same and some of the sizes I like to work with MAC/sigma doesn't even make.

  • @GrimmReaperess I'm not trying to start an argument. I've tried and have some of these brushes and in my experience it was all hype. I tend to reach for my artist brushes. You can also fine hand crafted brushes and specialty art stores, not craft stores. Craft store brushes suck even for painting. They shed. I'm talking about high quality artist brushes. You would have to go to a Pearl Art rather then a Micheal's. Perhaps I know more about where to buy the better ones because I majored in art.

  • @podgurski14 Oh, I wasn't trying to start an argument either! I was just saying, cause only cheaper brushes are mass-produced. I don't paint so I wouldn't know. How to artist brushes apply makeup? And how do they feel on the skin?

  • @GrimmReaperess Personally I love them. The way they feel depends on the type of hair and quality. The more expensive ones tend to be softer and shed less. You have to go in the brush isle and browse. When I say isle I mean a whole shopping wall of just brushes. It's an artists dream and I think makeup artists should be aware of them. I test them on the bottom of my wrist. Olive oil helps soften them if they are a bit stiff at first.

  • @GrimmReaperess Also I find the MAC crease brushes too big to work with. I always get too much product in the areas I really don't want it. So I looked for brushes that were made with the same hair as MAC and bought way smaller fluffy brushes. I believe they use goat hair. I really don't remember the last time I bought one was awhile age. However if you are vegan you would want to look at the synthetic section.

  • @GrimmReaperess Also MAC offers 60 percent off their products to employees and 40 percent off to MAC PRO members. Even with that much of a discount the still have to be able to make a profit or they'd go out of business. So the idea of them all being hand crafted is a little hard to believe. Unless they make them in India, china or mexico for pennies on a dollar. Maybe I'm wrong but it really makes me wonder after learning employee get them for more then half off, It's crazy.

  • @GrimmReaperess Also don't buy multi packages of brushes, they suck. You want to go to the isle with a wall/shelf that has tons of cup holders with different individual brushes. They're separated by brand/price, hair type, and/or size. It depends on the store. If you have a Pearl Art, they have the most selection and give you 10 percent off if you have a student ID, the one by me does at least. A good second choice is Hobby Lobby. Never buy online you need to feel them, some are too stiff.

  • @podgurski14

If you want a pretty good brush that isn't ultra expensive, I'd recommend some from coastal scents. They don't have a lot of fall out(if any) and (for me) they work really well when I'm applying my makeup. The only one I don't use a lot is the angled eyeliner brush because it's a bit too soft in my opinion, but the rest are fine :).

They're decent-good quality brushes for a pretty good price :3.

  • @Myrandomnesscat I still prefer my artist brushes. Costal Scents, beauty factory, BH cosmetics ect.. all get the same stuff from China. It's all the same pallet and brushes only at different prices. I'm not a fan of repackaging and selling at different prices. Hobby Lobby and Pearl Art are my go to places for great brushes. Art brushes are very well crafted to prevent fall out because no one wants hair in their paint or on their canvas.

  • @Myrandomnesscat The cosmetic labeled brushes are just an excuse to charge more money. Artist brushes are better quality, come in a wider variety, and are cheaper. I have a degree in fine arts so I know my brushes. I can't change how people think but I think everyone should be aware that it's all the same stuff at higher prices. Not everyone has to agree with me. That's fine to each their own. I'll be skipping along to the check out line with extra money in my pocket. lol

  • The fact that you think of the rapper when you pick up the E40 makes me like you tons!

  • I CANNOT stop watching you! Love ya! <3 <3 <3 Awesomemess.

  • Also, how do they compare to the Real Techniques brushes? Thx!

  • 6:01 nice and tight. lol

  • Ecotools has a brush that looks similar to the e30 (the pointed brush). I love it. It has a sharpener at the end

  • Not crazy about the color of the brushes...but I am interested in getting them! OH X-MAS GIFT!!!

  • Is the "chinchilla" brush in the travel bunny kit smaller than the one you showed us?

  • Fantastic review, thinking of getting these as my first high-end brushes!

  • Me want!!!

  • I was wondering about these brushes, thanks for sharing xoxo

  • Awesome review!thank god that i didnt buy the make me cool set.I've been eyeing it for ages but now I've decided to get this!thx si much for the detailed review!

  • I never used to use brushes to apply makeup until i started watching your videos. lol it does make my head spin though on how many different types of brushes there are and what they're made of and the uses for them. CraZy!

  • show us the chinchilla

  • I want to try this collection so bad! but I think $37 for shipping s just CRAZY

  • you look adorable in this video!!! love the purple eyes :D

  • I love that sophisticated voice you do sometimes Cora. It reminds me of Tim Gunn xDD

  • Are this made in China? I went on the website and couldn't find any info, maybe you know.

  • Give me your shirt. Or tell me where you got it. Either is cool. :3

  • Thank you for letting me know :)

  • Thank you for this review. I didn't know the brushes came in the pink and blue combo. Now I want them, like I need another brush.

  • I love your review videos

  • I jus qot the Make me Cool set for Xmas ... But yur REALLY Makinq me want this Ms. Bunny !.

  • Do your make me crazy brushes smell when you wash them since they are natural haired?

  • So excited for the tutorial! I love this look!!

  • ca we see tripod?

  • i've always wanted a chinchilla! haha they're sooo cute!

  • i would love to get these brushes!!

  • love love love your hair i want my hair that colour of geat brushes too i was totally distacted with your hair :)

  • @crazydiamond38 oops with the distraction i forgot to spell lol

  • Am I the only one who is thinking 'I wanna see Cora's chinchilla!" ?

  • You make me laugh almost everyone I watch one of your videos :D

  • I Alwys Think Of the Rapper Too , lol Love youuuu

  • If you were going to buy your first brushes, as far as quality and use would you recommend buying the Mrs. Bunny Essential Kit or a few of the kits from Real Techniques? They are "relatively" around the same price range so just wanted to know what you'd suggest.

  • My 5 month old is sitting in my lap watching this with me, laughing HYSTERICALLY. Not sure why, but something tells me she likes you m klkm,.ccnb <-- I think that's her saying 'Hi'?

  • i keep procrastinating on purchasing sigma brushes but i dont want the whole thing...at least i dont think i need it. as a beginner or for starting out on a collection of makeup brushes which specific ones do you think i should purchase that are a must have??

  • I love hearing other people's opinions on brushes. For me, a duo-fiber is an absolute must have. I use it to stipple liquid foundation onto the skin, then I go over it in circles to buff it in. I don't find that it takes a long time at all!

  • I like your make up in this video

  • So watching your video I just had a "duh" moment. I have a horrible allergy to cat, dogs, etc. I notice that everytime I go out (with makeup on) I always have such red watery eyes...Ummm...I just checked....I have natural hair eye brushes...So...I guess I'll be ordering these. (I don't know why I never put two and two together.)

  • you just couldn't speak english today!

  • your really smart... you really need to be a featured guru on youtube already!

  • Does sigma have any intentions on releasing the brushes individually from the set?

I was hoping to pruchase some brushes after Christmas, I'd like to start building up a kit & get some for personal use. I'm perfer synthetic brushes and vegan/cruelty free products and really hope they make it so you can buy individual brushes.

  • Do the larger brushes have any fallout or a lot of fallout? I have problems with some of my other Sigma brushes where the hairs fallout really bad.

  • awesome!!!!!

  • awesome review :) You talk really interesting and you're funny :D so it was pleasure to watch this video=) Thaaaaaaaanks!

  • I already commented on this, but I'm just so excited! I'm seriously going from $3 Target brushes to an $100 kit that will last me for YEARS! <3

  • @NorsProductions I love the make me crazy set- except the eyeliner brushes don't work very well for me. The Bunny eyeliner brushes are much much better.

  • @tymma1 It's entirely possible. What's weird my my best friend can use them in the eye area but not here face- weird eh?

  • So, which one would you recommend overall? The Bunny Set or The Make Me collection?

  • @MLRXOXO mmmm, The Bunny Set- and then a few of the regular ones individually, like the E55 :)

  • Lol...I love you, Cora...You always make me laugh :)

  • I love almost everything you do, can you upload a video on how to clean your brushes. PLEASE!! Love ya :-)

  • @damizto I have an older one from over a year ago :)

  • @tymma1 If it happens no matter what makeup you're using and goes away when the brushes are no longer near your face, you might be right! (You're not using anything scented to clean your brushes, are you? That's what we thought was irritating me at first and it could be a possibility.)

  • Muahah you made a videooo, I knew it ^_^

  • @fierceincluded I didn't originally intend to- but theses were too good to NOT make a video!

  • Lol can you show us your chinchilla?

  • @xxautumnmariexx23 Maybe on my vlog channel.

  • u look soo hot on this video ps love the hair

  • I have seen a few reviews on these brushes but yours seem so honest and I love how informative you are. I will purchase these because of you!

  • @milandliz022 Rock-on- it will be money well spent!

  • This was a good review! I love your sense of humor :)

  • lol, you made me laugh with your animated sounds. nice review!

  • You are so right about the pencil brush b/c I have the original and I find it doesn't work well for me under the eye. Too fluffy!!!

  • have you tried the regular edition angled brush for lips, it is amazing for that!

  • @evasmakeupdiary Not in a few years. Might try that again soon (though My fave lip brush is the MAC 228)

  • can you do a video about your history on makeup? why you started, what got you started, etc etc? I'm always curious about other people :]

  • @bunnycart perhaps sometime in the coming year...

  • @vintageortacky I know you're busy but whenever possible would be great :] thank you!

  • I'm in pain, they came out with the bunny collection only 3 days after I shelled out for a "make me classy" set, and yep the make me crazy one was out of stock so it's the boring old black ones for me, thanks for the cool video!

  • i totally love your eye makeup ! (:

  • I love the way you talk to the camera. So entertaining!

  • Not to mention, your clearly a very talented, seasoned artist. Your own makeup is a clear representation of your work, you always appear appropriate, beautiful, and flawless.

  • @TheDemonSlayr thank you so much! that's a compliment I can take to the bank!

  • Cora, you're my favorite Guru. Your honest, your yourself, your videos are personal and I really enjoy them. Your presentation is great and you do a great job giving us such thorough information.

    Thanks a lot.

    :)

  • Your hair looks so beautiful in this video, do you think you could do an updated hair care video?

  • @omgitisha1ey eep I keep forgetting to do that!

  • Please, tutorial of your make up, it's gorgeusssss

  • Are these brushes better then the Make mr crazy brushes?

  • @darbygirl03 Better- I think so but some may disagree. I love hot soft they feel on the face, and I much prefer the eyeliner brushes in the bunny set, so overall I get more use out of the bunny set.

  • lol at Mr. Vintageortacky, my hubby likes the feel of some of my brushes on his face too, especially after they're newly washed TMI

  • I wanna try that flat kabuki brush for foundation. Everyone says it's awesome but i don't feel comfortable with online shopping :S

  • @FairiousSolana Hey, I used to be the exact same way, but Sigma is definantly safe! I highly advise ordering from Sigma. :)

  • @FairiousSolana I've bought stuff from them and it's always been a smooth transaction :)

  • Freakin love ur style. :) i like how u dress classy. Cuz im sick of seeing girls now a days looking like tramps.

  • love your make up!!!

  • I thought u didnt like sigma anymore......from a past vid...maybe im mistaken but idk

  • @Sn00kyCr00ksWorld nope, Love them. Don't know where you might have picked that up... I may not have liked a particular item :)

  • love this look! can't wait to see the tutorial :)

you've totally convinced me to get this bunny brush set ^^ off to sigma's web site..

though, i prefer the look of the make me crazy ones...that purple, ah... ;)

  • @mai567 I know the purple is SO PRETTY! I like the blue of the make me cool set too- lately I'm sort of obsessed with that type of baby-teal/Tiffany color. I wish the bunny brushed were Tiffany blue with purple ferrules!

  • @vintageortacky maybe they'll read this and make those next! ;) a girl can dream, right hehehe ^^ in the meantime, i have to ask for advice. anything else from sigma you'd recommend? i'm most interested in their pro brush belt (i guess black looks more pro) and the

Hollywood Glamour Flat Top Retractable Kabuki - Purple (gotta incorporate that purple somehow lol ^^ ). do you have any experience with those? :)

  • Arbonne also has vegan brushes and all there products are vegan and they work awesome!

  • Really informative, thanks :)

Do you happen to know if Sigma intend on keeping these Mrs/Mr Bunny Vegan sets in their permanent retail stock? Its not going to be Limited edition? (Annoyingly I went and bought some separate brushes a couple of weeks ago, now I feel like I need theses!)

  • The red in your hair is very similar to Willow Rosenburg from Buffy. Love it!

  • Great review!! Love your makeup!

  • I LOVE CHINCHILLAS!! I wanna see your Chinchilla :3 they are such amazing critters unfortunately i don't believe we can have them here in Australia. Lovely reviewish video.

    Ashiie Imperfect <3

  • I've got a great question. I'm gunna buy my first full set of brushes, but don't have the moola for mac. What would you suggest? Sedona Lace or Sigma? And which set if you have a preference.

  • @DarlingReverie I don't have Sedona Lace, so I would suggest Sigma :)

  • Great Review. Im in love with those brushes cuz they look more like my F80 THE softer brush.whats funny is my bf bought me the regular set(waiting for it in the mail) couple days after bunny collection was out :S this set seems excuse 4more brushes as the gift to myself for the holidays hehe! anyway just wanted to say best review i ve seen on you tube so far and the comparison with the previous ones on ur blog is great!!! Thank you so much!!! Pls make more videos and tutorials i miss them! xoxo

  • Thanks for this :D Figured the brush hair would be the best yet aside from the SigMax

  • Which sigma set do you think is good for freelance work?

  • @TheMakeupnube This set is pretty amazing TBH :) Each artist has their own must-have tools so I can't say which would be right for you darlin'.

  • I love the E55! I used it on a daily basis its my go to brush. I have 5 or 6 of them and I get upset if they're all dirty and I have to use another one. I ordered the Mr Bunny collection . I can officially say that I'm a brush addict if there is such a thing :)

  • aww i want to see tripod! i took care of my classes chinchillas over winter break back in middle school lol. i really want to get a chinchilla of my own, but do you have any advice about how to keep the area clean where the cage is? when i took care of the class chinchillas they were always kicking their poop out onto the floor lol
