in 2007 my 11 year old team made it to the regional tournament, i played for the glade valley wildcats and i won the home run derby in the tournament, best summer of my life
this kid has an average swing and hits homeruns now because he's big. im telling you at age 15 if he dosent get that swing right it wont be as good as it is now. i would know im getting recruited to play college baseball and UNC. I saw this and clicked on it. great job for him on winning these awards though thats a great achievement.
@HiddeNGaming38 @ 1:30 that tree with the Double Tree and the Elbow Limb to the right... the ball flew in-between the bottom of the "L" Branch and the Top of the Tree Line.
not to be picky because this kid has great power, but as he gets older hes gonna have to work on not dropping that back shoulder and his hands so when he gets on the bigger field those hits are line drives out of the park and not high fly balls that go to the deep outfield. Best of luck to him in the future though because he has great natural talent.
Off speed you silly rabbit ! There's a kid named Mykel Davis from Simi Valley who is this guy's clone. Same size, same stance, same swing.....same ball in the trees! It's almost scary...
@TheChadp21 No. It's the Cal Ripken Babe Ruth World Series, held in Aberdeen MD every year. The kids are 12 years old and it's like the LL World Series. You have teams from all Regions of the United States, as well as, International Teams competing for the WS Championship.
@SD1Chargers Don't let the Golf Cart fool ya, Cal is "The Man!" He walks the grounds of the complex and interacts with everyone. In no ways is he Arrogant or Stand-Offish! He is truly the heart of Aberdeen and has the Heart for all the Children.
man this kid is looking good, he going somewhere im coming to delaware in two weeks for a tournement i play for ontario prosects any ways kids is good
Does he play anywhere else besides first? Because if he doesnt he is going to have trouble in high school if he can't play multiple positions. Kids got talent tho and lots of it.
@crazykidd342 Absolutely! He Pitches (led his League with 90 strikeouts this past Season) & he plays the Outfied and other positions in the Infield. Probably, the only position he doesn't play is Catcher.
Wow! I've been watching many of his videos over the years. Kid's got true talent and has been consistent. But what kinda team is this? The Coach noticeable shakes everybody's hand but his & his teammates look very disinterested in his Award at the end of the game (I mean, not one of the Players congratulate him)? Hmmm, what's that all about? That's Sad! Keep up the good work kid! Come play for us... we'd Love to have Ya!
looks likw Howard beat the Mets this game!
