well, i'm a guitarist too, my roots are almost the same (from David Bowie, to pixies, john lennon, beatles to limbonic art, marduk, emperor ecc.) i write my own music too for passion end i'm a sound engineer for work.. So tha's all true! a lot of distortion and a not very good mix, but its not SO bad. Surely sounds not very good cause i did all in few days, i will fix the mix/master when i will have time!
