Great video, with your permission, could I post it on our site? We are launching a grilling contest for this month and you would be perfect. Have a look: stovetophero Thanks, Mike
@sd4547 Thanks! it should be fun. once the contest gets going you will want to promote yourself on FB and your friends votes will hopefully carry you to the winners circle!
Great Editing of the Video. I really liked the way of showing how its done simple and fast. I´m from Germany and sadly we dont have any American Cuts over here. So getting a Porterhouse is almost impossible.
@MrDajjalify Thank you very much. My father-in-law was from Bavaria (he passed away last month). He always missed the "Good German sausages." He would travel for miles to find a decent German butcher here in the U.S.
@sumittechkgp Yes it is. As the title of the video says, it's a "Little Smokey" made by Weber. Perfect for the beach or park. Not my everyday cooking grill though. Thanks for watching!
dang you really got some grill marks on them steaks, lol ! you should try the real Grill Grates. you should check out this product, because i wouldnt waste my time with something like that.
Another great video. I'll try the grilled endive. I have one for you now. I grow tomatoes, so always have a supply of green tomatoes. Fried green tomatoes are, well, fried, but grilled green tomatoes are so good! The tartness is a nice counterpoint to grilled steaks. Marinaded with EVOO, lime juice, etc, and finished with a dollop of chevre - fantastico! Google this expression to find the recipe I use: "Southern Grilled Green Tomatoes with Goat Cheese". Enjoy!
I liked the pump black pepper cracker , im getting tired of twisting , the steaks were cooked perfectly ... I LL have to look into that grill top ... and the grilled endive ....
Nice, you can't beat cast iron grates. I bought Weber's porcelain coated cast iron grates for my Genesis years ago and just love them. Nice tip on the endive, I'm always looking for grilled veggie ideas. T-bones are my favorite cut for grilling, you get a strip steak on one side and a fillet on the other, how perfect is that.
@tdjtx You're right about T-bones, We love em. My wife usually eats the fillet side first then saves the strip for the next day. I just eat both sides, then eat the little scraps off of the bone like a caveman!
Perfectly cooked steaks! I love my craycort grill racks for my full size weber. I also have a small little smokey. May have to invest in the craycort grill racks for that one as well.
Damn ask them to send me a iron grill for my little Weber I'm a big fan of beef steaks but in this house we must coat them with Laywres season salt its a must with beef they sure look great awesome job Have them send me some iron grills lol All in fun take care steaks looked great
damn looks good but that one steak had the smallest NY strip side ever! cant wait to grill up my portehouse tomorrow!
