You are correct on the spelling... Tsunako Miyake. This is a video of her class at the Budokan.

I was fortunate enough to attend it when I was in Japan in the late 90's.

I believe it is Tsunako Miyake, not Miyaki. Thanks - you must be sitting on a treasure of old films.
