@MrFezas I assume you mean the model at 1:46? That is my Pliosaur design. I don't have videos of that design, but diagrams for it are in my deviantart gallery. You can follow the link in the unicorn video description, click on the gallery link on the right of the page, and go to the collection for origami instructions.
@interplanetsailor If you haven't already looked at the diagrams linked in the video description, those may help a bit. The first couple of folds that take place right after the model is folded in half have a big impace on the relative front/rear proportions (which I assume is what you were referring to).
The papers that I show at the start of the video can be purchased at most large craft stores (e.g. Michaels in the U.S.), although origami paper is sometimes hidden in strange places within the stores. The same paper can also be purchased online usually.
