  • what gears are u using? 4.10 ,4.30

  • do u know how much hp ur pushing!!!

  • I seen you have some vids of this car with this setup at the track........what kind of times did you average?

  • @shortfusejay , it's run a best of 10.84 @127 on motor , and 10.44 @ 130 on a 100shot a little more tuning and it should run 9.99 on 150 shot

  • @86regal454 ....That's impressive , sounds like you had your combo all but perfect. How was the driveability of that cam on the street?

  • yea well my junkyard 6.0 just went 10.90 @ 125 N/A ... so you can keep your over priced 408

  • a man she looks good sound real nices body looks good to a im in ct to so is nices to see people from ct willgood luck with ur car looks sweet

  • What exhaust were you running with the 331?

  • Have you ever dyno'd it? do u rmember what the number were? what kind of heads did u run

  • rpm range is 2500-6600.. motors out of the car now ..installing a 6.0 LSX

  • @86regal454 WTF IS WRONG WITH YOU? KEEP THAT CHEVY SHIT OUT OF A FORD. YOU WANT TO DO THAT GO BUY A BOWTIE. Ever think of buying I don't know maybe a nice 408 stroker and some AFR 225's with a nice custom ground cam. I'm sure it'll outrun a 6.0 LSX. GM motors just don't belong in Fords, seeing as ford offers a perfectly fine range of motors that will run with pretty much any GM motor you can think of.

  • @oneshotkill324

yea well my junkyard 6.0 just went 10.90 @ 125 fridaynight so ya you can kep your over priced 408 .. my 6.0 cost me under 2500.00 and it rips

  • @86regal454 Sorry but a GM motor doesn't belong in a Ford vehicle. That's fast, but you can do that with a decent 302 based motor.

  • @oneshotkill324 show me a ford motor i can pull out of the junkyard , bolt a set of heads and cam in and run in the 10's N/A allday for under $ 2500.00

  • @86regal454 a 400m. A decent 351w. Bolt some AFR 225's and a nice custom ground cam with a decent carb and either of those will put down some serious numbers, and of course more torque than a 6.0. Honestly it's not that difficult. I think you just did that so you could say that you have a GM motor in a Ford car. Well dude there are plenty of 302 based cars that'll hand you your ass in the 1/4. Just sayin. Ford > GM

  • @oneshotkill324 would never happen

  • @86regal454 You can get a junkyard 400m for like 300 bucks fully dressed. Snagg a decent set of heads for around 1200, get a decent carb for 300, and a nice custom cam for like 250. It'll still make boat loads of torque and a decent amount of horsepower.

  • @86regal454

    junkyard 302 HO 150 bucks

Victor Jr knock off heads 800 bucks

Victor Jr knock off intake 140 bucks

    Holley 670cfm 350 bucks

    240/248 and .576" lift 105 ICL 300bucks

    4.88 gears 150 bucks

Rings, bearing, balance rotating assembly, hone block

    total 2410 bucks.

Shift at 7000rpm, through the traps at 7200-7400rpm. Even bad drivers will get into the low 11's with this setup.

  • What's the RPM curve like, with the N-71? Love the sound!

  • mike DEZ tuned the car using a SCT CHIP

  • May I know what you used for tuning?

  • the dyno that it was tuned on reads low ...plus the motor has a liitle blow by

  • You rwhp numbers seem low with those heads, cr, and cam. You should be around 380rwhp +. I wonder whats holding you back?

  • 349rwhp360rwtq , Heads are AFR 185'S

ET coming soon 7/25 going to the track

  • rwhp ? heads? 1/4 mile time? Thanks. Sounds healthy

  • lol... i stopped counting

  • how much money you spent on the car?

  • thanks

  • sounds killer!
