Solid stuff! I have a transmitter like that one, and the connector were I plug says "TRAINING", (on the back) so I assume it should also be used for simulation. Have you tried it with simulation?
You can set up D/R on one of the switches via the T6config program. By default, left switch is idle up and right is throttle hold. I don't use D/R myself and the Tx does not support Expo. A DX6i from thebarnfloor is a good upgrade at about $164
Thanks for the explanation. I am completely newbie and have a question. Do I need to install the CD and use the usb cable to program the radio or can I just add batteries and start flying the heli. Is it necessary to do the tconfig6 stuff? Also, about how long does the battery last?
Is the rx that comes with the rtf compatible with a dx6i? Is it possible to bind the dx6i to the rtf without having to pick up another rx?

@QUICKONE4U
No, you can't bind the DX6i to the Rx that comes with the blueray.

do you have to link the raideo and the reciever when you get the heli??

I get about 6-8 minutes of flying depending on how hard I fly it.
I have a seperate video for the t6config setup. View that.
