I guess this mmo wont be coming anytime soon it seems there isnt enough talented developers willing to put time and money into this mmo anymore and now becomes a hasbeen mmo and a Fail and to think all the time and money that went into it surly all thos actors who were in the original stargate could form thier own company and revive this genre game I'm sure it would be a big hit in the gaming world or are you chicken to invest in a winner?no offence like.

The game has been lost under a huge litigation battle, there is hope it will be revived when the litigation is concluded, but that could take 3 years + starting March 2010. I hope it get salvaged.

Well, in my opinion maybe the flamethrower is too much for an SGC Soldier...I mean, if it's based on the SG Series their usual "heavy weapon" so to say, would be a bazooka - like the one they've used in some episodes to knock those Goa'Uld fighters down...

Anyway, I'm looking forward to playing this game, I hope they do a great job worthy of the Stargate franchise ^_^

its in a media black out due to lack of funds

they cant afford to release information about the game, and I'm not sure of the legal ramifications if they did anyways due to the lawsuits place against them.

well i liked atalntis i thought it was quite resorsfull of them to have 2 story lines runing at the same time and 2 teams the u cant help but fall for + atlantis offered some great episodes cause its the city of the ancients for crying out loud

How much will Stargate Worlds cost? That is what I am wondering.

Also the Heavy weapons are cool but I am waiting to see a P-90 in these vidoes. I know the creators said that they would stick with stargate canon but the thought of having a p-90 and a staff weapon is just to tempting.

one thing I would like to know is Why they are canceling Stargate Atlantis? there is so much stuff not to be done on that show. Stargate Atlantis is still a young show I am sad to see it go away.

They are planning on creating a 3 show "Stargate: Universe", and they dont want to run 2 shows at the same time.
