The first time I remember hearing this here in Great Britain on the Voice of America on short-wave in the late 50's as a teenager.

It was competing with Russian jamming, and it over-rode it most of the time.

Hearing it again took me straight back ! Happy days...... Thanks..

Oh what a clssic hard to find oldie, that isn't playing much on the air today, at least not here in Central PA, I remember first hearing this song played by a veteran FM Jock I worked with at WCTX, 92.1FM, Palmyra, PA, the station since sold, has been leveled to the ground, but the song still remains!

@CookiesDen2 Thank You for sharing it. This was a more fun time in my life, from 16-19 I worked as a FM jock mostly and about 6 mo. at our local AM pop/news radio station. In the early days of my radio career, my Father would drive me to the station for the 6pm to 12am Sat. night shift, and even stayed with me a lot of times keeping me co., and giving me his input on the music he grew up with, that was the early 90's, my Father, 65, died in Feb., good memories, thanks!
