What do you mean man? If you're talking about the bit I think you are (just after 2 minutes into the video), Marcel harmonizes perfectly with Bob for the last 2 bars. Sure it took him a couple of bars to figure it out, but he did get there! What's weird is if you listen closely, they both play more or less exactly the same fill at the end of that section. Kinda weird seeing as they're both improvising on the spot!

In terms of note range there is a lot more on a keyboard (unless you count guitar harmonics), but theres a lot more different techniques on the guitar.
