I'm from the MS Gulf Coast and we don't get worried until it's cat 4 too, lol. I live in Louisiana now and it makes me laugh that every single storm, large or small, they get scared as shit. When you live in an area where hurricanes come often, if it's really bad you just pick up and move on with life. Most storms aren't really bad and people are worrying themselves for nothing. I have never left my home for a hurricane.
