Drange should try reading the Bible. Perhaps Romans 1:20? The Bible clearly says that He is known to all through the creation.

"I think they are mostly in Asia" Check your facts Drange... Craig just said that Asia has recently had a huge increase in Christians.

Drange seems to think that God could do something that would convince everyone of His existence. Drange seems to misunderstand God giving us free will and the ability to believe or not believe in God.

Of all the people that Dr. Craig has debated, Dr. Drange has to be the most clueless about the scripture and Christianity period. To bad, poor fella. :o(

I do however, find some of the atheist arguments convincing on the side of agnosticism.

Just for clarity, I'm unsure as to why the author of the comment I replied to has removed their comment then replied to my reply but their comment was along the lines of

"The argument from objective morality is the most convincing of the theistic arguments."

Odd that they would remove that comment then reply to mine.

Dr. Drange was very cowardly in this debate to chuck in some completely ignorant and cheap comments about the historicity of the resurrection in his closing statement which Dr. Craig has refuted many times before and which Dr. Craig brought up many times offering him the chance to make his comments during the debate.

Why didn't Dr. Drange cite his evidence(s) for denying the Resurrection account in scripture. He simply says he doesn't "believe" in them. So he's setting himself up as THE authority on this issue.

Interesting that Drange avoided the resurrection issue until his closing. I doubt he failed to realize that it is Craig's area of expertise, and Craig has in other debates and writings refuted those given here. Nice tactic of evasion.

Further, the appeals to potential discoveries is as weak an argument that can be given... and the question begging was never answered.

I think Drange is one of a few people who have given Craig a serious challenge. Everything he said was very reasonable. I think the audience felt the same way. Drange won this debate.

This man probably just provided the 5th worst defense for atheism that I have ever encountered... and that is saying a lot more than it appears to say.
