Your baby is feeding with its mouth...what business does the hand have pawing at your breast? That is what i was cringing at. Actually, I was breastfed but I didn't enjoy it, I weaned on my own at 6months.
The business is that by playing with the breast he stimulates more milk to be produced. He knows how to breastfeed better than I do...I seriously doubt you didn't enjoy it, I'd bet your mother was unsupported and when you had a nursing strike due to teething she thought you weaned and put you on the bottle.
