  • Rema Rema - AKA : Wolfgang Press

  • I love this song so much. Thanks for posting it!

  • Many thanks for posting! This is the 'holy grail' for Big Black fans

  • wouldn't a band formed in 1981 be Pre-hardcore? how the hell can you be 'post' anything, when your music comes out at the same time, or in most cases before hardcore?

  • if yer lookin fer big black singles and eps on vinyl, good fuckin luck, u better be a rich, pretentious record collector

  • @bankshot1134 nah they not be expensive surely? i got all the EPs and a few of the singles on vinyl off ebay for a reasonable price a couple of years back now surely the prices can't have increased that much in that time, is the impact of the recession?? i didn't pay more than £10 for any of them cos i'm not rich, i may be pretentious and a record collector but i'm not rich.

  • Its off an album Sound of Impact by Big Back. It's a bootleg.Don't know what site I got it off. Sorry. Google it anyone who's interested and im sure you'll find it!

  • love the cover veiry noisy but it sticks in your head

  • what year was this from? is this pre "songs about fucking"?

  • as far as I am aware this was made in 1984, 3 years prior to Songs about fucking, the original of this by the band Rema-Rema was made in 1980, hope that answers your query & some!

  • ah yeah, sure they broke up after "SAF" so it would have to be before it

  • The song was recorded in late '85 and was first released as a flexidisk in subscribers' copies of Forced Exposure #9 (Winter 1986). Afterwards it appeared on a 1987 bootleg called "Sound of Impact" which mostly consists of kickass live recordings from Muncie , Minneapolis, & Holland.

  • better than original

  • The Rema Rema CD - called "Wheel in the Roses" - is now available on CD (it's on Mute, I think)

  • I love this song so much that it just breaks my heart that I can't find that EP.

  • Thanx for posting this one, Good song but unfortunately it doesn't beat the original, witch is absolutely great.

  • I know the original is by a band called 'Rema Rema', do you have a version of it ? If so whereabouts would be a good place to get a copy of it ?

  • I was just looking for this the other day. Oh wait, I'm sorry. I was actualy looking for "Il Duce" and "Every Man For Himself". But if I had remembered this one I WOULD HAVE looked for it. Thanks.
