If we want Masato to continue a bit more in the ring of K-1, we'll have to hope he'll lose by ko or tko in his second match but I doubt his opponent is capable of doing so. 3 matches and he chose Hiroya and now a low ranked fighter like Kawajiri. Win or lose his third match, he still has excuse to quit since he's fighting the next K-1 champion. It all depends on how he'll lose and he just might decide to stay a bit more but I want him to keep winning though.

The fight against Hiroya was an exhabition fight and the fight against kawajiri (former shooto champ) was chosen so by the fans who could vote for the next opponent..his 3rd fight will be against the 2009 k-1 max champion..

Masato said he'll have a total of three matches before he retires and he included the match against Hiroya as one of his three match which I thought was wrong and I checked the fan ranking in three different sites but I never saw Kawajiri anywhere in the top five though so Kawajiri himself was wondering why suddenly him. And win or lose against the 2009 K-1 champion, he still has better excuse to retire. Gomi was ranked at top so I think he would make a better match up.

notice there are older guys in the heavies. i think coz max requires speed and crazy stamina and that his very hard to maintain as u get older whilst the heavies can rely more on strength and toughness

Good vid ,sad to see him go. Him vs a lot of people would be interesting as his retirement fight. I'm a Buakaw fan myself and it would be great to see him fight Buakaw once more for old times sake.
