Why are people going so hard on the camera man? It's probably a buddy of his. And second stop asking about calf. Its a video for quads. Wow learn to read. Big ups to Rob. Ure a beast!
I love how intelligent he is with his workouts: he's not just a gym brute who throws weights about and doesn't really know what he's doing; Rob genuinely knows his shit.
@serre94 I want to say no, just because your GH raises when your body is placed under a massive amount of stress, whereas it puts your body into shock to force recovery. (GH levels highest during REMcycle of sleeping, and immediately after workout). Now, this being said, not just ANY type of stress placed on your body will raise your natural GH production like the stress of constantly pushing your 1MR (one rep max, or maximum weight you can lift in 1 repitition). If you wanna get big, push heavy
@serre94 so in other words, work your legs with weights as heavy as possible, always.. and you'll see a massive improvement in your overall stregnth, conditioning and physique.
Thanks man! But ur camera man is the biggest piece of shit I have ever seen. I'm sorry but fire or teach that pathetic loser to actually hold a camera properly. It's ironic u talk about proper form and he hold the camera like a fucking retard. Love ur videos and ur wisdom.
How crucial is it to really work on your legs if you want to get a muscular upper body? Is it important? Or does it have nothing to do with the upper body?
@styleovermoney Why would you ONLY want a muscular upper body? Training legs are essential if you want a complete muscular physique. The increase in growth hormone from training legs hard will help with muscle growth everywhere.
@RJRICHES not to mention having weak, untrained legs will be increasingly susceptable to joint problems when having to support a large upper body. Not to mention it just looks ridiculous.
Yea man hitting the legs hard is the best way to up regulate serum test and gh levels. That's a crucial part of "training naturally". BTW do you add a fat burner to your supplement stack?
Please fire the camera guy Rob.
