  • Please fire the camera guy Rob.

  • Why are people going so hard on the camera man? It's probably a buddy of his. And second stop asking about calf. Its a video for quads. Wow learn to read. Big ups to Rob. Ure a beast!

  • your camera man or woman, did a horrible job --- not worthy of your knowledge and skills.

  • Rob, for gods sake get a new cameraman and fire this one, he's useless

  • I love how intelligent he is with his workouts: he's not just a gym brute who throws weights about and doesn't really know what he's doing; Rob genuinely knows his shit.

  • DUMB CAMERAMEN

  • what no calf work ON LEGS DAY :o now i know you dont like doing um.humm!!

  • @nobaccos tell me you are not srs. this is a video for tips and techniques for "quads"....this isnt a full leg day...obviously

  • dame you camra man SHOW THE DAM EXERCISE NOT TOO MUCH EMPHASIS ON ROB. DAMIT `WE KNOW WHAT ROB LOOKS LIKE` JEEEZZZ!!!

  • damn that is one noisy gym! you can tell Rob is getting a little irritated trying to talk at 4:48 lol

  • I'm a young teen (17) , i think the best leg workout for me would be jogging or a game of basketball ! Or should i train them?

  • @theman1860 train your legs!

  • rob looked sorta bloated in this video to wat he is now

  • I hate the camera work..... You need to focus on the body part being worked..... squats i never saw your legs...

  • Great Tips!

  • One can tell that your cameraman has something else on mind.

  • Is the calf workout anywhere to be found in another video??

  • The cameraman is fucking useless

  • Your camera man sucks !!

  • What an incompetent cameraman! Fire this guy Rob :P

  • do growth hormone increase if i work my legs without weights ?

  • @serre94 I want to say no, just because your GH raises when your body is placed under a massive amount of stress, whereas it puts your body into shock to force recovery. (GH levels highest during REMcycle of sleeping, and immediately after workout). Now, this being said, not just ANY type of stress placed on your body will raise your natural GH production like the stress of constantly pushing your 1MR (one rep max, or maximum weight you can lift in 1 repitition). If you wanna get big, push heavy

  • @serre94 so in other words, work your legs with weights as heavy as possible, always.. and you'll see a massive improvement in your overall stregnth, conditioning and physique.

  • Rob, you are an excellent instructor.

  • Terrible cameraman, no doubt!

  • Thanks man! But ur camera man is the biggest piece of shit I have ever seen. I'm sorry but fire or teach that pathetic loser to actually hold a camera properly. It's ironic u talk about proper form and he hold the camera like a fucking retard. Love ur videos and ur wisdom.

  • thank you cameraman.... he's showing how to do a squat.... and you're taping his face and maybe shoulders....

wouldn't it be functional to show us the squat Rob is demonstrating.

  • your camera man is shit! what a moron,

  • Hey Rob Riches.

I watched all your Videos :)

I want to know, if you ever trained PITT Force ?!!

    Plz answer. thanks.

  • How crucial is it to really work on your legs if you want to get a muscular upper body? Is it important? Or does it have nothing to do with the upper body?

  • @styleovermoney Why would you ONLY want a muscular upper body? Training legs are essential if you want a complete muscular physique. The increase in growth hormone from training legs hard will help with muscle growth everywhere.

  • @RJRICHES I didn’t know that. Thank you so much!! Rob you’re great role model for everyone trying to reach their goal!

  • @RJRICHES not to mention having weak, untrained legs will be increasingly susceptable to joint problems when having to support a large upper body. Not to mention it just looks ridiculous.

  • @RJRICHES

Yea man hitting the legs hard is the best way to up regulate serum test and gh levels. That's a crucial part of "training naturally". BTW do you add a fat burner to your supplement stack?

  • @RJRICHES

Dude your video is awsome and your advice is spot on, but please fire your camera man.

  • @styleovermoney can't build a house with out foundations

  • @ako541 I posted that comment 5 months ago and things have changed since then lol Peace! Big Up's to Rob Riches!

  • mmm the camareboy must show the muscles that you talk about!!!!...

  • good workd, rob, but you should show the legs off at the end. We hardly see your legs in this vid. Would be great to see the results.
