@AGColorStars dip the stick in chocolate before putting it into the cake pop, then leave it to harden before doing anything else :)

Jemsboo: I use perchment paper to make the decorating cone. You can search how to make decorating bag on YouTube :) Yes please put your finger over it for avoiding the chocolate to comeout from the top, and do not squeeze middle of the bag. You don't need to use decorating tip, just cut little off the tip. The chocolate will always start to dry out/get hard from the inside of the tip. I use a paper towel to squeeze out the dry chocolate from the hole often before it gets to hard ;)
