Its all about marketing guys. If you where to cut the first part, people would just look, but knowing exactly what it is they would turn their head away. But with the first 20 seconds, you make people look, wondering what the hell is that. You show the car at the end, when people are aching to know what this ad is all about. Its just logical, really.
