  • Jeff I got a question? Do I do this program once? Or do I do 3 sets of it? Let me know? Cuz I struggle with 5 reps of everything, then on the second set I struggle with 3 and the last set I can barely do 1rep or can't even finish it cuz my abs n arms are dead! Let me know.

  • Still love my ab wheel. Not strong enough to go from standing out ,but I started kneeling on a BOSU ball and get an amazing workout. Love the one leg step out. Nice variation to the same boring routine. Very creative!!

  • @JDCav24, when i stand up straight i have a slim body, but when i sit down i can see tons of fat rolled up. Does this just mean i have to do more cardio workout to loose that or is it normal?

  • @lickmybrains They're adjustable dumbells and they cost a lot of money.

  • @wafflecushioned How do you adjust them? They do look fairly pricey :)

  • I've been using the wheel forever. I found it in my dads closet back in high school and found it challenging. A great way to work those abs! Love the modifications you did!

  • hey jeff, i have a question, i'm in a wheelchair, so obviously i cant do everything u show on here but there r things i modify so i can do them, i'm in good shape and pretty strong. i was wondering should i do one indiviual muscle group a day or two? like bicep and tricep, off, chest and shoulders, off... etc? and if i do 2 muscles in one day how should i do it, like finnish the whole bicep workout then go do all triceps? thanks, i would buy the program but there is too much i cant do

    i am 17 i weigh 10stone i am 5'9 and i have about 15% body fat i was wondering if you could do a week by week programme up to the summer that focuses on the core and upper body like what you did at the start with the 12 weeks of 6pack workouts to get me ready for the summer

  • I do like the AB wheel moves, but for sure some of the ones you showed were very advanced. The pike rollout is something that someone would need tremendous strength to do without putting undo stress on their lower back.

    I want to start the whole program soon, but im still coming off of a severe ankle sprain and cant do much with the legs still. Thanks for all the workouts and keep on keepin on

  • This exercise destroys my lower back, however my core is getting solid as ive been following ur program. Ive got a few issues with my shouder too so even regular plank is a bit of an issue sometimes. Can i continue without planks (holds) or do you think ive got an issues with lower back and shoulder strength.? Thank any help will be great

  • @Shadyation he doesn't have a daily work out routine, you need to mix up your exercises or else your body is going to get used to the workout and you'll reach a peak, you need to change it up here and there

  • One of my favorite home toys is the abs roller! You've given me new ideas of what to do with it, THANKS!! The six second abs tool is another of my friends. I use it almost everyday and even though the range of motion is not great I think it's a very good tool for abs. Would love to see if you could come up with some new exercise ideas using it. The only thing I've come up with is instead of 3 secs. positive and 3 secs. negative I add a 3 second hold abs contracted.

  • @h2soccergod He's said in the past that he has bad knees, so that probably limits what he can do to work out his legs. So maybe he can't do the leg workouts that he teaches (he's had other people come in and do them) or even doesn't want to us to look at his legs as a model, as stupid as that sounds.

  • It may be a matter of my form, but I always find exercises with these wheels stress my shoulders a lot more than my abs. I'm disinclined to work with the wheel again, after multiple disappointments in getting the results from it I want. As noted, the problem involve something I'm doing wrong rather than the exercises themselves - but I have a sense of experience-based skepticism on this one. Still appreciate the videos, though!

  • The wheel may be from the 80's but it still works for me. People just have to learn to use it correctly. Also J, the new intro is fine. People will complain.

  • weird, just got myself a proper roller yesterday! was sick of using a barbell.

    Anybody who thinks that ab rollout is a 'gimick from the 80s' musn't have worked with one... awesome tool.

  • Like the new remix intro! Another awesome group of exercises. Keep them coming man I definitely inspired by what you do!

  • The big carpet sliders for couches work great if you dont feel like spending money on a wheel. I actully like the sliders better as you have more variety (i.e. you can change how far apart your hands etc.)
