i loved the Octopus and amelia and of course the little cowboy and roman dudes theyre cute

its kinda stupid though how they made larry fall for one of the exhibits cause its not real, i mean i guess he kinda didnt but she does cause shes the one that kept huddling up close to him and kissing him them liking it when the cupid guys showed up.

I agree with veggiet2009 about disliking the ending of the movie. What was good about this movie was seeing the Smithsonian come to life. I've been to those museums, and it's very true to the real set up in the Smithsonian. I loved seeing the Art museum come to life, even though that was just a small part of the movie. I also liked seeing Ben Stiller, because he's funny, but the script itself was not great.

Ok, I just saw it and while I like it, I don't think it's quite as good as the first. I think the first one had a subtleness that this one lacks. Also I didn't care so much for the ending with what they do with the museum. (I'm trying not to give anything away for those who haven't seen it) and also the romantic storyline could have been ended better.

this story is different from the first night at the museum. The first night at the museum was about a guy who realise the mystery and stops the chaos but this night at the museum was about a guy who with his museum friends fight someone

Let's not forget. There's two movies back to back on May 21 and 22 in which will be the big boffos at the box office this Memorial Day weekend. So, in the other words, there's a 50-50 chance that either Terminator Salvation or Night at the Museum 2 will go first at number one while the other movies are willing to hit over $100 million domestically. Two movies are already hitting over $100 million domestically; Wolverine, Star Trek, and hopefully, Angels & Demons. It's a win-win situation.
