M14 is back, and since stopping power is gone it may actually get used now since it most likely 2 shot kills out to a certain distance. It is derived from the Garand for sure but its better in every aspect except slightly less stopping power and slightly less maximum range, which doesn't really matter since they're both great for reaching out an touching somebody.

The M-14 was a latter design based off of the Garand. A weapon commonly used during the Vietnam War. It was the gun that the M-21 sniper was based off of.
