  • The burden of proof is on those that make the clam and not on those that dont belive the clam.

  • Adam Deen is absolutely correct on many points. God bless him.

The burden of proof is NOT on the theist to prove that God exists. When an atheist arrogantly claims that God doesn't exist, he absolutely must offer proof for said dis-existence.

And secondly, the atheist whom Adam was debating seems somewhat insecure about his beliefs. When questioned by Adam regarding whether he's an atheist or an agnostic, he through a somewhat pathetic tantrum.

    Why not answer the question?

  • Actually Muslims Worship God. The same God that the Christian and Jews Worship and He is One.. Maybe people dislike the arabic term for God.

Go to a translation website from english to arabic and type in God. Yes it will turnout to be Allah

  • Rhetorically, this crowd grilled adam better than the prof did.

  • Adam Sandler should really stick to comedy acting. This standup stuff is just nonsense, but it doesn't mean it's funny.

  • The argument that if there is no god the world began to exist by itself is no more irrational then god began to exist by him/her-self.

  • @Alvrae670 it really is crazy no? Like as if they could make that argument despite having not even remotely close to a complete understanding as to what the universe is, all the things that encompasses or proof for nothing.

They try and suggest were irrational when their simplified analogy for how things are is basically "In the beginning a perfect and complete being took a shit, looked into that shit, focused on a few microbes, and subtly asked them to dance for him in a specific way".

  • @WrongWorldBuddy personally i find that, either way were all going to die. and if there is a god il find out then. if not the il be dead i wont know either way.

  • @Alvrae670

But if, when you die, you find out that there is a God, and you ignored Him all your life..aren't you screwed for eternity? Why take the chance?

  • @PointBlanc7 lol Pascal's Gambit

  • @PointBlanc7 I'm yet to find a holy book that doesn't state somwhere that if your really sorry god will forgive you. so no is the answer. but on the same note if you get there and find there isnt one. won't you feel a fool? Its note about taking chances, im sure god would be more peaved at somone for pretending to believe than somone who is honest about there views.

  • @PointBlanc7 but which god? there are thousands of gods thru out mans history, and many more to come.

so which one. They cant all be right, but they can all be wrong.

  • @benyosep

The same one that created you and I. The Earth, the skies, the planets, the universe, the heavens etc. The most Merciful, the most Just, the most Majestic. Know Him?

  • @PointBlanc7 Last i heard, God was all forgiving. I tend to live by some of the principles instilled in religion (as those are the base in which right and wrong are really established) but im sure out of the 7 billion of us here on earth, he's not going to be to fussed about not hearing from one.

How ever on the other side of the coin, if you get there and find there is no god aren't you going to feel silly. Praying or Talking to yourself? depends how you view it :).

  • @Alvrae670 If he 'isn't fussed,' then why bother to create you in the first place? Why bother giving you a chance to decide for yourself and reach the conclusion 'Well, I wouldn't want to feel silly.' Yes, God is all forgiving. That's why you and I are here. That's why you've been given a brain to think for yourself. There's no point in saying 'Oh well, God might forgive me when I die.' Why continue to live in ignorance? Beacuse it is bliss, right?

  • @PointBlanc7 I believe he didnt create me, i beleve in evolution. Plus last i heard 'giving me a chance' I won the race mate. seriously you beat millions of other sperm... I can't see god egging you on...

I my eyes your the one living in ignorance.

  • *sigh* why bother debating with someone who believes in magic.

  • lol that argument is pathetic if it is possible to exist therefore it must exist that doesn't add up

  • thank you mr deen for responding to the question of evil with the best answer, you cant have free will and expect the world to be a perferct place of course god allows evil, that proves that what all religions are ultimately trying to acheive is a big lie unless you can be a zombie and a human at the same time.

  • @sensimania1

    And what is your answer?

    Actually evil exists...

Man can do evils .. so ?

  • @Logia1978 im gonna guess that you belive in some form of after life, all im saying is, if you still have free will and you are the same person when you get there, there is no difference with free will on earth you still have the choice to do good or evil. so obviously there will still be evil in your afterlife.

  • @sensimania1

Why there is a police man on earth ?

What if the police man on earth can not catch the killer and so and so?

I am sorry but i prefer the god jugment which no one will escape, to the human judgement everyone can scape, specially if you are rich....

  • @jihhn so your religious beliefs are based on wishful thinking then? You want life to have built in warranty even though there is no rational basis for there being so since God hating evil is as ludicrous as an artist hating the contrasting colors he drew in his masterpiece.

  • @jihhn but you fail to realize all you have to do is ask for forgiveness and you can go to heaven no matter the crime. so you rape 100 little boys you decide to change your life and follow allah maybe even blow your self up you get to go to heaven is that justice. well thats the problem with gods judgement there is no justice. you see you cant be just and merciful at the same time. justice means you do the crime you do the time and mercy means you do the crime but you dont have to to the time.

  • @sensimania1

    Not really.

You must ask for fogivness, regret your act and try to repay it if it's possible.

Only asking for forgivness without the intention is not enough.

But if you rape 100 little boy and the you realize you were doing wrong, you regret it in your heart, then you become a good man and renpent, then it's possible that Allah forgive you... Yes.

Perhaps becaus Allah will judge your act by your intantion.

  • Thanks 4 da up Nazam44, peace.

  • Adam I am really proud if you brother, May Allah bless and protect you.
