I like the Physicians Formula Baked Pyramid Bronzer, it's pretty matte, and if you get if from Rite Aide, they will take it back if you don't like it.

I have the ELF contouring blush/bronzer ... however the bronzer side is not totally matte, it actually has a lot of shimmer (maybe they changed it since I bought mine?) ... so I don't really use it much since I don't want something with shimmer to contour with. The blush is also not very pigmented :(

Love your videos by the way, they are great. But I am a bit upset about not just in your video but others too, the use of those antibacterial products. They should only be used on yourself if u dont have any possibilities to wash your hands. They remove your own defense of the normal bacterials u got on your hands. I am a icu nurse and only use this at work, never at home. So dont remove the normal bacterias =) =)

I am really surprised you rely on Paula Begoun's book! Given all the widely available information about cosmetics ingredient, customer reviews, etc., I can't see how one would need the book. Paula has given poor reviews to many wonderful products. When I was a teen I tried many of her suggestions for skin care, makeup, acne solutions- and was left disappointed. I have not repurchased the book since the 2nd edition...

I agree about the Elf bronzer!! I love that it's darker than other bronzers and it does't have all that shimmer in it. Great for contouring and giving you face a nice bronzy glow. The blush I don't like at all. Too much shimmer.

Thanks for another great shopping list video! I'm going to look for that Palladio tinted balm -- it looks great on you. I always grab a Palladio shadow when I go to Sally's -- they seem to be in the clearance section a lot of the time. Check out their "nude sparkle" shadow -- you won't be sorry -- it's so pretty.

It will be worse if you don't use a moisturizer. Make sure you get one for oily skin, though.

make sure its oil and light i used cetaphil and it said it was oil free but it was thick so make sure its water based and oil free and also light so just test it in the store :)

@memories1965 I would say use an oil free moisturizer after you wash your face or take off your makeup (you should be doing both). If you don't moisturize your face after your skin care routine then it reproduces oil to compensate for the oil lost during the cleansing process.
