@GingerDaveM If it doesn't hurt it may just be synovial fluid forming air bubbles then popping, either way I would recommend you do some joint mobilization before any work out. This helps a lot to get the joints ready for exercise and helps to prevent injury. I find these especially beneficial for my shoulder, elbow and wrists joints

I just do Flat, Incline, Decline, Chest Flys, and throw one of these in the end of it since the tricep is hit during the first 3 compound pressing movements.

@MastahMich There are 3 heads to your triceps, you're not going to see long term growth of the upper, lower and lateral head doing two triceps exercises.. There are many different exercises that specifically target different areas, you'd be very ignorant to only do close grip and dips.
@clearasil11 Sure you can shape a muscle! Just soak in warm water with a little bit of butter for 15-20 minutes and it'll become nice and supple - then shape it how you like!
I've done this for most of my major muscle groups and I tell you, nothing attracts a woman like abs molded on an actual washboard.

Some people can only have a 4 pack...even with very low body fat percentage as well as some people have crazy bicep peaks naturally while other people have more round peaks naturally....so some people cant help it. For example, Ronnie Colemans abs sucked but there was nothing he could do about it
no one needs this many exercises in one tri routine, do a couple of big ones for mass (skullcrushers / clow grip bench etc) then maybe one for shaping, one arm db extensions or some work with cables

@ThePantyDroper . as to triceps... this workout specifically focuses on the inner (back) portion of the tricep that is often neglected since most people only ever do conventional pushdowns for tri's.... so, in that context, this is a workout that is focused and optimally bringing out the "shape" of the tricep which is a damn horseshoe.

no one needs this many exercises in one tri routine, do a couple of big ones for mass (skullcrushers / clow grip bench etc) then maybe one for shaping, one arm db extensions or some work with cables

Does anyone reccommend certain exercises for me, a 15 year old that is still growing and doesnt want to affect his spine? I already do normal dumbell curls and my arms (from the side) are as wide as the length between my cheekbones, but I'm worried if this is affecting my spine as I do the workouts

I think it's not quite great to do 7 FREAKIN exercises at one training it's 2 much better keep 3 exercises per training session !

@JRYT2000 There are no excercises for shaping. No offense but its just bullshit, to get definition in a muscle you must lose fat. The only thing there are is good and bad excersises and how much reps you do.

@ThePantyDroper partially true, BUT one can focus on different areas of the tricep and other complex muscle groups and, thus, change the overall "shape" of that muscle group... for instance, doing all leg presses and no squats/hacks... you will likely have big UPPER quads and smaller LOWER quads.... seems to me that would be a different shape than a full, top to bottom, set of quads..

@ThePantyDroper . as to triceps... this workout specifically focuses on the inner (back) portion of the tricep that is often neglected since most people only ever do conventional pushdowns for tri's.... so, in that context, this is a workout that is focused and optimally bringing out the "shape" of the tricep which is a damn horseshoe.

@pt191145 Ya I understand that as I'm currently working on shaping myself. The only shape my arms have are round lol. The person who posted the comment sounded like he was reffering to manipulating the muscle into a certain look, sort of like how people think low weight/high reps will change the way your muscle forms.

If you want to "shape", you diet. Muscles only hypertrophy or atrophy in terms of apperance. This crap you see on video is good for a warm up or rehab, that's about it.
