The drivers car (new edge) has mid mufflers from the factory. Wish ford would go back that way for the new ones. The could also use a less tall bumper since they wouldn;t have to hide the mufflers. The new ones have bloated rear ends because of the new exhaust setup

can u give me exact specs on the exhaust please..i have a 07 GT/CS and have the pypes axleback but it needs more, debating what to do..also did that o/r x pipe throw any codes for not having cats? or do they have defoulers to not throw any codes built in already?

@tylerxfire your MIL will turn on. i used mil eliminators and they dont work. when you get ur car tuned, have them turn off the rear 02 sensors. if you lived in central cali i can easily tune it 4 u and turned them off.

@Alfiefordtuner cannot just turn the sensors off, they need to be on to pass inspection here in ny state where it is a obd scan..if they are turned off it comes up not ready and will fail..I have talked to my tuner and i am told he can tune them to pass with an emissions tune with them on

I gotta tell you, I'm in love with that car.. as the 05's get cheaper and cheaper I'm telling you, go for one. They really are not the horrific gas guzzlers all the honda-people make them out to be, and its so damn comfortable and sexy. I used to want to trick it out.. now i love it as is.. its so robust and 'mighty' feeling.. it really is a legend.

I say go for it. Honestly, the electronics on mine are sometimes 'iffy' i mean, that's not to say all fords are crap...buttt.. you know the old jokes about ford. mechanically it feels really solid and like driving an M1 tank, but still fast enough to have a world of fun in.

I also was chevy guy, always dreamed of an 67 camaro, but settled on the modern look and convenience of the 05-09 mustang. Someday, though, I'll get my hands on one of these '10 camaros. someday. I love all pony cars though.

as far as I know both x and H pipes give you more "power".. low end torque for H

high end power for X

I like more low end torque and that deep rumble of the H's that's why I would have done that.. but it's okay this are just my tastes :)
