  • it is not cool to make a 3D clip of a man that is about to die not cool man not cool

  • ou mai got

  • His steering column broke but also he didn't get enough downforce on the car as it came out if the corner. R.I.P Senna, driving legend and there was nothing you could've have done to prevent it

  • R.I.P You will be in our hearts for ever ...

  • The car oversteered and whilst Senna was trying to correct it the steering column broke because Senna had asked for a longer column but they just welded more metal onto the existing column hence why Senna lost control and then was hit on the head by a wheel and his helmet penetrated by a price of the upper pullrod in the Suspension. RIP Ayrton Senna

  • The car oversteered, so broken steering column improbable. Most likely a soft right rear tyre. Steering column broke in the accident. (re: footage out of Schumachers' car, driving behind). See "Senna" on Wikipedia.

  • if you would like to see classic f1 races of the last 22 years and watch the likes of senna prost and mansell then check out classicgrandprixclub

  • Ayrton Senna not supposed to have died in that accident, he only died because the car hit a concrete wall, had placed a tire barriers on the curve where the impact of ayrton hit hit would have been dampened and he would not have died, so the blame for the death of Senna was the sole responsibility of those responsible for the Imola racetrack that was stupid because it was the competence that they put the tire barriers at each bend in the road where drivers are more likely to hit.

  • @ffernandooliveira Senna didn't die from the impact on the wall, he died from the front tire hitting his head. Had that tire not hit his head, Senna would still have been alive.

The doctor who was good friends with Senna even said that. Not a broken bone, bruise, or scratch anywhere else on his body, but the suspension arm piercing his helmet caused his death. Watch "Senna" It's a great documentary on him.

  • The animation is wrong... senna crashed with about 240 km/h cuz he jumped over the grass because the car jumped over the curb.

  • @Bleifusssss . HI! so how can you state that he smashed his car into the concrete wall at 240 when reportedly

he hit the wall at 180? A huge difference possibly meaning that major unrevealed sides are still there.

  • @indigoblue555 : just read what i wrote ;) "about 240 km/h .. " and at this part of the track the cas were almost at the limit of speed (over 310 km/h). I have read lots of articles about this accident and you can trust what i say ;)

  • @Bleifusssss may be you're right but this means that he didn't decrease his speed as much as commonly believed. Omop I can't see how did his car loose 308 - 180 = 128 Kmh with almost no braking stripes on the track...and in addition he couldn't downshift as far as I could read.

I dare say that he just was able to reduce his speed of a 60 kmh more or less...with nearly no aerod. charge on the front axle how could he decrease his speed of 128 kmh ?

  • @indigoblue555: But i already said i think he crashed with about 240 km/h thats about 80 km/h that he reduced his speed.. and you're right there are no stripes on the track.. thats because the wheels didn't have blocked.. also he jumped over the curb.. if he would not jump over the curb, the grass would reduce his speed or adjust the angle and probably he would be alive..

  • just to think if he was a bit slower bit to the right or left he would of servived RIP

  • gods bless him

  • without Senna, Formula 1 has never been the same!

  • Doctors who have attended at the time, said that if the wheel n / had to hit the helmet, he would have escaped with his life, RIP Senna.

  • He was one from the best driver in the Formula one

    Ayerton Senna,Rest in Peace

  • he tried to save the slide, extremely quickly realised he couldn't, held wheel straight to obtain max braking ability, also managed to change down a couple of gears aswell.

  • OBSERVEM COMIGO , PORQUE ESSE MURO NAO TINHA NENHUMA SEGURANÇA , NENHUM PNEU ANTI-CABUM, ISSO TBM DEVERIA SER OBSERVADO!AYRTON SENNA FARA FALTA !

  • I think he was unconscious a few second before hit the wall. It well known that he often take his breath almost for the whole lap to hear the engine. He didn't step on brakes, he didn't turn, and his head is fallen on side before the crash. I'm so, so sorry. First of all, great man, and great driver.

  • @sinisavlais Actually he could slow down from 300-310 KMH to 200-210 KMH before the crash, he was not unconscious.

  • @sinisavlais Senna wusste, dass die Richtung, wenn das Kabel brach setzen auf die Bremse und schneiden einen Marsch, und alle Piloten tun, wenn sie das Versagen zu realisieren.

  • When did senna die???

  • He actually hit the wall when he was about a foot into the air, so I don't see how this is at all accurate.

  • Oh crap ... Now I know how he died I thought it was just a little mistake

  • @PieLighter the tyre came off and hit him on the forehead causing severe damage to the head. i think this may be the one you missed out.

  • not to be disrespect full but how did this kill him

  • @Limebury a suspension bar came up and pierced his helmet above the eye. he also hit the back of the headrest causing fractures in the base of his skull. There was another injury that I can't remember. Plus the fact that he hit a concrete wall at about 150mph.

  • @PieLighter

Yeah, apparently he received three major injuries simultaneously, any one of which would have been sufficient to kill him.

Williams were found to have done shoddy work on his steering column. They extended its length by breaking it and rewelding rather than getting a whole new metal shaft. It's almost certainly that which broke on the turn, causing the crash.

  • R.I.P¨Senna, the only important man in Brazil

  • @Treyppa you are 100% right, seriously

  • Mécanique pour tourné mais il est mort

  • this is not right the weel didnot hit him in the head

  • @TheDabomb44 yes, it did!

  • the video is quite inaccurate ... i dont understand how all the people who try to animate the crash miss such important details, like the measurements of the track (they are so wrong here) ...

one day i hopefully will have enough money to make a good animation team make a decent simulation, not a crappy one like this here!

  • quel accident tragique

ça me rappelle trop de mauvais souvenir

merci pour cette très réaliste reconstitution

  • ratzenburger was totally looked over....a death is a death...y shud he be forgotten?? n senna was the man who said the race shud go ahead after his death....hmmm

  • he died from massive head trauma.1:the wheel hitting his head 2:the uprights forcing his head violently back and 3:one of the uprights piercing his visor and his skull.possibly one if not all three caused the death of the great ayrton senna.

    r.i.p :(

  • why did he died -.- he was the best f1 driver ever !! and not schumacher

  • so what actully killed him? head injurys? i heard suspension or something hit helmet

  • @aziqbal

He died of a trauma sustained from hitting the barrier at an unfortunate angle, a piece of suspension hitting his helmet's visor, proceeding to pierce his skull. People say he died in hospital 4 hours later, but he actually died on impact.

R.I.P Ayrton Senna, 16 Years, never forgotten

  • @LEGENDOFLIFE1 he didnt die on impact.

  • RIP. You died doing what you love, driving.

  • if you watch a few seconds after 0:25 you see that he died because that thing that was swinging around hit him in the hid.... R.I.P senna

  • This is not the officially reason, but the real reason is Senna was lost the direction of the car. A mechanical fail

  • jeu vidéo u_u

  • Knowing Ayrton as we all knew, he was a very skilled driver, i don´t believe in driver error.

It was the damn car. It lost grip, aerodinamics didn´t work and where´s the steering wheel ?

And that team never liked him.

He was too good and too perfect, and in this world that attracts envy.

    And i say no more..

  • @chagaev1 i agree with you buddy,

he was a natural, and will forever be remeber, he is a God of F1. R.I.P.

  • I´ve raced monocoques and from my experience what i can tell you is that its a very strange accident.

The car behaves oddly, it seem Senna as to force it into corners.

In this corner, he force it one time, another and another, and when he did that, the car, for some very strange reason, loses grip, stops to work properly (aerodinamics) and goes straight.

I never raced this circuit but this corner does not seem particularly dificult, the only problem is the speed, wich is very high.

  • @chagaev1 fact is more simple than that.it was the direction column sudden failure and the consequences on a very fast corner

  • could it be that he would not have died if he had not brought the car to drift?

  • @devilcries1000 the car bottomed out and started to oversteer, he corrected it but then he ran out of track and collided

  • @hvf26 ok thanks for statement

  • Toujours un superbe moment, belle réalisation.

  • the rear wing disappears a while before the impact! however, it would be interesting to use animations like this to show accidents without footage, i.e. elio de angelis, patrick depailler or senna's worst crash before imola, testing his mclaren at hockenheim on 19th july 1991.

  • yes but like most teams started by f1 champions (take prost and such). I don't think he would end his career at ferrari, i think mclaren would want him back and he would win more championship titles and retire in the early 2000s, But that's just what i think.

  • it is possible that Senna's accident was a plot (.dirty play) . Senna's broken steering column.. incredible! I can´t understand how the engineer put on his car!! Senna knew something was wrong in the car ...

  • It simply doesnt make sense to cut & weld such a critical control component. There are inherent risks, yet Williams claim this was done to all three cars, even before the start of the season. The materials expert from Bologna Uni who assessed the broken column said "it had been badly welded together..Ive never seen anything like it. I believe the rod was faulty and probably cracked even during the warm-up."

Yet Williams maintain the column was fine. Why the secrets, why the cover-up?

  • @JRoca79 It seems to be a plot , did you watch Roland video, Ayrton senna death by design ?

  • @Desertboyyy

I too prefer NASCAR to Formula 1 but, most crashes in NASCAR are at an acute angle to the wall where as in F1 they crash head on. The cars today are made to withstand almost 180 mph head on crashes without buckling or breaking the cockpit area. F1 is by far the safest engineering, if you want the safest racing go to your local pay-as-you-go kart track. F1 is no doubt the pinnacle of engineering and truly the world's greatest motorsport.

  • Dude, if a driver in nascar hit the wall dead on at 160mph he will die!!! In F1, Rober Kubica of BMW Sauber hit a barrier at over 170mph and walked out the cockpit with a sprained ankle. Hows that for F1 safety. Douchebag!

  • LOL you obviously haven't watched F1 in the last 15 years. You show me an F1 car crash in the last 15 years where the car broke in half.

And dude, F1 cars are a lot more safer than shitty ol' nascar. LOOK IT UP.

  • Oh yeah and the cars are a lot better LOL

  • You know people can say a lot of things but you actually need some evidence to support your dumb ass statement.

F1 cars are the pinnacle of engineering. No form of racing comes close to F1 cars.

  • Le Mans series comes closer than any other, pretty close i would say, given the rules forced on them, and the fact that the engine of very similar power has to keep running for up to 24 hours! But yeah, i agree that F1 is the pinnacle of motorsport without a doubt...

  • Você nunca será esquecido! Nunca haverá outro igual!

  • Had Senna not died, I think he would have ended his career after 1997, winning Championships in 1995, 1996 and 1997. Senna and Schumacher would have both been six times champions, and Hill and Villeneuve would have never won them.

  • I have done this analogy myself before, my guess is this, he would have came back and won in 3 more but raced longer, I am thining somewhere along the line Ron Dennis would want him back at Mclaren and he could have possibly been huge in 1998 and 1999...let say he stoppted at 40 like mansell.

  • a few things caused this car tyre tremp went down, ride high reduced. blind fast corner, also wondered if steering wheel had quick relise remember 2001 kimi rakinon when to change gear and somehow unlocated his steering wheel, i also think they tried to induce a coma cos i know they difibrulated him and tried to get fluids into him, he basically bled to death with the suspion arm hitting his helmit virsor jus like what happened to massa

  • Senna died on the track. Sid Watkins the doctor in charge has admitted so. F1 is one big lie, a scam and a dirty business that plays with human life.

  • they may not claim people dead on the race track or something, i heard about that..

  • wow, you're a retard. If you see the advancements F1 has made in terms of safety you wouldn't be saying that right now.

  • He died on impact..of that there is no doubt..

  • lucarioguy111 in 1994 he didnt was in ferrari but in williams!!!

  • Para sempre Ayrton Senna. Herói brasileiro!

  • @emidio13 eu tenho um amigo que tem um tio que ainda hoje chora pelo Ayrton Senna

  • lo siento por la familia.... ayrton nunca te olvidaremos...

  • look at the head at 0:38 shows he's dead already..

  • I thought he went into coma and died a day after?

  • No, he's died the first may at 18 h 30'

    officially......but he's died probably at 14 h 15'

  • @NARB57 then he would have died 2 minutes before he crashed...

  • @NARB57 Dr Sid Watkins believes that he died at the moment that his head move, based on a his nerves shocking one last time...MOTORSport magazine.

  • @NARB57:I red he died instantly. The same as Ratzenberger.

  • RIP Senna and Ratzenberger. Great driver, great rookie. Really, Ratzenberger was forgotton. Why? He died too. I will surely miss these 2 drivers.

  • You're absolutely right about that!

  • @GTAstuntz Very simple, Senna was mas famous that Ratzenberger, certain is that both were pilots and that must to be remembered equally, but Senna's legend does that his death was mas dramatically that Ratzenberger. PD sorry for my english

  • @djboitxys Even though Senna was more famous, I dont understand why people forget about Ratzenberger. Ok maybe becos Senna died later, so everyone forget wat happened on Saturday.. Watever.

  • @GTAstuntz No disrepect my good friend, but Senna was a triple world champion who dominated his time in formula 1, compare this against Roland Ratzenberger who was trying to qualify for only the third time ever, and if I am correct was already due to be replaced. It may sound harsh, but come on it is just the way it is.

  • @blackcluck I can understand. Of course, no offence, if Senna didnt die that weekend, Ratzenberger would have been more remembered.

Well, to summarise, it was a dark weekend.

  • @GTAstuntz I know you mean no offence, you are right, a very very dark weekend.

  • @GTAstuntz well said mate

  • @GTAstuntz Roland was forgotten because he was not the one of the greatest ever, but he should be...

  • @GTAstuntz Because he wasn't a big star like Senna and that's why people don't mourn him like Senna. Sad but true.

  • we all know that senna's death was very harsh and fatal but why is everyone forgetting about the rookie who died in qualifiying?

R.I.P to both drivers who died on that weekend

  • you're simply the Best!

    Stay with God Senna !!

  • Horrible death.R.I.P. Ayrton.

  • As far as I know he was directly killed by a piece of metal from his crashed bolid, which made an injury a into his head ...Very sad:(

  • it looks like he tried to turn but didn't get much response.

All he could do was try to slow the car down... very scary knowing your gonna crash.

  • funny really as losing a superb driver means we save superb drivers as all cars were upgraded yet again in safety after this accident. The main thing which killed him was the car not taking the mas impact, you can now pretty much push an f1 car in with your hands as they are designewd to jump take the impact fully and crumble like cake, Its the sudden impact drivers take that kills.

  • RIP from Brazil

    We still miss you!

  • =(

i never forget you ayrton senna

    R.I.P. from Germany

  • well done Rip Aryton Senna

  • I have uploaded qualifying from Imola 94 if anyone's interested. But it is edited after Roland's crash out of respect...

  • Thank's, it's very interesting...

  • Merci! Bonjour to all in France. Your country produced many legendary drivers! :-)

  • The right tyre hit him on the head...

  • during the crash, the right-wheel suspension broke the helmet creating a hole and entered into his head, going back (with de wheel) and fly because of it's cinetic energy. this is the cause of his death, if the wheel had miss him, probably he would get out of the car alone.

PS: in 1984, when senna was into a toleman, another flying wheel with the suspension missed his head by a few inches...

  • Where was the 1984 incident. Was it Detroit?

  • exactly, at the start of the race :)

  • Yep - i remember seeing that after he was killed and thinking "Well - at least it hapenned in 94 not 84 - or the World never would have known the magic of Senna."

  • it was suspension... RIP SENNA

  • Et une vue plus Bernard, ;-)

    du 5*****

  • very interesting. but we will never know for sure...

  • Belle réalisation 3D, le numérique our des solutions ?
