Wires were connected in backwards, that's why the voice coil went down in there. If you connect the live wire to the + speaker terminal the coil stays on the former or even pops out in few cases, but doesn't go inside.

@Neaceasca85 We where plugging it into a 220v outlet no matter how we hooked it up it would be toast in less than a second.
