Alas, my glofish are no more. I really don't think the size of tank I had was really very good for them. They got some sort of white fungus and that was the end of them.
I have a betta in that tank now that is doing rocking - also have a lot of aquatic plants - 2 types of bottom plants plus duckweed which is cool. I recall that my glofish did tend to stick towards the top for some reason.
And just wondering, do your glofish tend to stay near the top all the time? Because mine do and they have so much more space they can explore in they would just go down a little bit.
I have the same exact fish tank isnt it a 2.5 gallon tank that comes with a whisper filter?, and I also have the same exact fish. I have 1 yellow, 1 red, and 1 green glofish. They are awsome!
