Vince does hold the FFL. They didn't lose guns, but they were guns that were broken or prototypes that were destroyed. I believe after Vince left, they transferred the FFL. Kris was getting buddy buddy with Will. And it was kinda unfair how Will treated him in the last episode, but Vince did not see the project through shipping and there were problems. His leaving caused more problems than it solved. I can't wait for the next season!

Believe it or not, Vince was actually the FFL holder for Red Jacket, not Will or Stephanie. They had thier licenses pulled after some guns turned up missing. It's a good show, but I wouldn't be surprised if it gets canceled after this season.
