You are correct, he was quoting someone. The point to this video is, that is Bush's attitude. He's not of the people or for the people. He's for himself and his buddies. Bush does not do what is right for our country or the people he SERVES. He does what he believes is good for him. No, you are right, Bush would NEVER admit that publicly.
