I like the music and the meaning by it but I don't see how this could ever be produced and distributed within North Korea because it would illegal and most have don't have access to the equipment and the Internet. If they're not distributing it within North Korea then what is the point? Although, if the description on their lastfm page is true then good for them.

No, but there is sizable evidence that pulling this kind off thing would be incredibly difficult in North Korea. Internet access illegal in the DPRK and only the highest ranking officials are allowed it and any other form of communication to the outside world for members of the public is basically non existent. So how they communicate wth their "contacts " to who they give their music too, i do not know.
