I really like TIm Burton, but I hate the fact that everyone thinks that this is his movie. I mean, the mastermind behind the movie was Henry Selick and the Screenplay was made by Caroline Thompson. Tim Burton was the producer, so stop saying that this is a Burton film!

Also, it's true that Caroline Thompson wrote the screenplay, but he didn't create the story. TIm Burton did with his poem and Michael McDowell made it adaptable for the film.

If your idea of a TIm Burton movie is that he directed it, then that's fine with me. But I feel that you're undermining his involvement by just saying that he's a producer.
