In India the cow is considered our mother, she gives birth after 9 months and gives her milk to us, the least we can do is support her, help her and be mercyful to her.

@pschodog3..... First we breed millions of chickens to be slaughtered and then we say that if we don't kill them then their overpopulation will increase. Millions of animals are killed for fur, leather etc and not just for food. There is no excuse for this cruelty.

@pschodog3 God didn't give us dominion over squat, we took it like the dirty thieves we are. And look at the horrible mess we made out of it. Also, dominion doesn't mean that they exist purely for our amusement, or pleasure. It means we have a responsibility to insure their continued place in this world, not to wipe them all out to make room for cows that are brutally slaughtered. 30% of the earths farmable surface is now used for livestock production.

The animals being mass produced are being raised faster than processed. There is nothing wrong with killing an animal that has a high population. For instance: If no one kills deer in an area for a long time, the deer population will grow too high and they will run out of food. Either way, nature will take care of all living things one way or another. Humans are just another part of the natural selection cycle. Humans are meant to be omnivores, just look at your teeth.

@pschodog3 Ok, I looked at my teeth.They are built for GRINDING VEGETABLES, GRAINS, and FRUIT. NOT ripping flesh off of animals like true carnivorous mammals (tigers etc). Nor is my LONG digestive track built for digesting flesh with its very long processing time. You seriously need to DO YOUR RESEARCH.

@pschodog3 Yes please take a look at your teeth. Do they look like something that could be used to hook into a living being and hold them until they can be brought down and finished off? Does your mouth hinge at the back of your head so you have a massive maw to be able to grab a fleeing victim? Do your lips reflect those of any carnivorous being on the face of the earth? Do you lap your water when you drink, or do you sip with your lips like all other herbavors?

I think this a great song with a great message, stopping the mass slaughter of animals is great, by why not focus more on the HUMAN genocides that are still riddling our world today, no innocent man woman or child deserves to be killed just because a difference in their race, religion, thoughts or even something as small as sexual preference. You say no to violence, so how about alerting the ignorant to the horrors of human slaughter?...then we can shutdown factory farms and slaughterhouses.
