The Diamondbacks got a fewer broken black bloopers to find holes. That would be luck than you very much. Plus the Yankees didnt hit a lick in that series because of Johnson and Schilling. It doesn't matter who they beat, the Yankees lost to the Diamondbacks in 2001 and lost the 2004 ALCS after a 3-0 lead over Boston!!!!!!! (my 2nd favorite team) The PHILLIES were the WORLD CHAMPIONS and they had a chance to repeat!!!! If the 2010 World Series is the same matchup, I will show NO respect to the Yankees, and the Phillies will win in 2010 anyway.

@727Superstar The Yankees kept us from repeating. And this year we aim to do the same to them! Halladay, Oswalt, Hamels, and Lights Out Lidge are all healthy and ready for a run to the World Series. It should be a much more interesting World Series than last year if both of our teams make it.

@WorldTradeCenter2011 i do agree, however, if the yankees do not make it to the world series i dont think that the phillies will have any competition if they are there. because the yankees have the best offense in baseball and the phillies have the best 3 man rotation. im a die hard yankees fan but if the yankees dont make it to the world series, i think the AL team will get swept cuz all of the other AL teams that are in it arent as dangerous offensively.
