@sazmbass u need a certan amount of intelegence and a cat-L-list(i cant spell) and if u save the guy where all the thievs are then later at the bawn fire in the beginning of this vid he will sell lots of spells

@sazmbass Get your Attunement points to 10 to unlock a slot & then equip it via Bonfire. You'll need a catalyst too though

That's not Soul Arrow. That's Heavy Soul Arrow. Two different spells.

where do you find the merchant that sells regular bolts/arrows?

@Wahagetswaha3 Hes in the Undead Burg - Find the section where theres two guys with shields and spears. They'll be some crates next to them you need to smash to reveal a staicase leading down to the merchant.

P.S watch out for the guy with an axe waiting by the merchant!
