they are RHCP...........Just the evolved version...saw them live last Nov and thought that i would miss John, but actually - and i Love the Froosh, i didn't . They arent the sam...but the are still RHCP and no less

@ghaibboy Fortunately, you are NOT the one to decide who RHCP are, they are who they themselves choose to be, not you, and as it seems, without John physically in the band (as I'm sure he is in all their hearts).

"What happened to our love? It used to be so good"... yeah ...I love RHCP and Josh IS great, but John Frusciante is simply irreplacable. I don't believe even the band has tried to replace him, instead they are going through a metamorphis around Josh. And that's also the Chili Pepper way. Loss, change, growth- and they are still strong. Really hope John attends the Hall of Fame induction!

@vanderaa How can you be so ignorant, Dave is an great musician, and mother's milk was a great album, but he didn't put his heart into the band, and isolated himself from the others, where as Josh has known these guys for over 10 years and he has been a fan since he was a little child. He has put 110% of himself into I'm with you. besides it was John's own decision to leave, and now it's Josh's time to shine.

@Doodle3nd I am not ignorant. The RHCP is one of my favorite bands of all time. Dave is a great musician and I am sure Josh is as well, that doesn't mean I have to like them with the Peppers. It is my own personal opinion that John is an integral part of what makes the RHCP great. To me it is just not the same without the sweet licks of John and his back up vocals. I hope to be proven wrong, but this most recent album didn't do it for me.
