I found one of these receivers on craigslist a few years ago... it sounds fantastic but runs REALLY hot due to the straight class-a amplifier. A true shame they don't make them like this anymore...
@thegearhead I really surprised me performance wise! I was gonna clean and sell but I can't. I think I love it! Warmer sound than current offerings for sure.
@fu2nbc Agreed! Mine was part of a vintage audio rack and surprised me as well... now it'll be powering some Minimus 7's in the stepdaughter's bedroom.... :-) Furthermore, not only is it warmer sounding, but it's also easily serviceable by even an amateur tech.

thats a nice stereo.i have 4 of those im using them as amplafiers in my my music room.they defintley can pack a punch.
