Not Bad.....needs more training as the art is rushed here. A typical ITM style...but the minnie mouse look is cute....just slow it down, feel what your doing and work with the breath...If you want I can teach you but If only I can be Deputy Dog.

For video purpuse i didn't see any point of going particularly slow, the videos are edited and cut and the sequence is demonstrated with a relativly fast, but regular rhythms that I thought adapt for the video. It wouls all get too long and boring to watch, otherwise.

I do work with my breath, when i massage. Thank you for the offer, though.
