At around :59 is that just a regular pull off? Because every time I try and play it it doesn't exactly sound the same.. Not as elegant I guess you could say
No, not a pulloff at all. It is a hammer on from the 5th to 7th fret immediately followed by plucking the 5th fret then the 7th fret. All of this on the 1st A string of course.
You need at least 15 frets on your uke to play weeps. Some sopranos with the extended fingerboard will have enough frets but will lack the headroom needed to provide the sustain that is needed to make it sound good. It can still sound good on a soprano uke if played with great precision and control. Good luck.
I played a solid Mahogany concert Lanikai a few weeks ago and it sounded awesome. I'm not positive but I think it may have been model LSM-C. You can find it on the net right now for about $220. If possible try to find a place to play one before you buy because the sound quality can vary. Good luck.
Thanks this should help me a lot! Where can I get tabs to this song? Or Blue Roses Falling? I guess you had them up until Jake requested them off. Is there any other way, or place I could learn those songs?
that was nice. how long did it take u to learn that

Search here on YT for user UkuCous. He has done a video series tutorial for this that is pretty darn good. Should be all the help you need.

A very, very sexy hula dancer. If I recall correctly she is 37 individual pieces of shell created by Dave Means of Glyph Custom Ukuleles.
