What caused the accident? Incorrect flaps setting? Insufficient thrust? Or did the pilot slow down the aircraft too much by pulling back on the stick too much?

Bet you never thought your video would go viral as it did! Again, congratulations: not only for the success but also for surviving...as well as congratulations to the family and their 2 dogs inside the plane. They walked away, that's what counts.

@eimb1999 Mr. Koehler reissued this video this past September, hence the low numbers; his original version of this video was up for at least two years and generated hundreds of thousands of views and was also featured on truTV's "World's Dumbest..." and "Top 20 most Shocking..." shows.
