I love Creton. I live in Canada and it's something very special. I have NO idea why they would call it head cheese. Creton is nothing like head cheese

i am from that area and i think head cheese is so groose!! lol but everything else looks awesome. i havnt been here b4 .. would love to try that soup!!

I just looked up the recipe on about.com, and it's almost exactly the same recipe- only 3 small changes!! (Salt pork for bacon, sliced onion not chopped, and catsup. They didn't have any catsup on about.com:() Can't wait to try this!! It's this or Bush's!
