I think you guys will be fine, ps3 gaming equal only720p tv, unless the disk comes out in full HD. Xbox gaming you can go full technology tv 1080p. You will be fine though. You need full 1080p to take advantage of bluray. Having this with most ps3 games makes the games alot more crappy looking cause they are infact blown up to fit the tv screen. I like my tv i got the option i can play ps3 in native, it just doesnt fill the screen if i do so.

i had a xbox first when i sold it i bought a ps3 i saw that ps3 has alot of problems with AA

What's wrong with you people? I watched the whole video in 720p and it clearly demonstrates X360 has slightly better quality; it has anti-aliasing, and the ambient occlusion is more apparent.

The video compression isn't helping, bu you need glasses imo.

@freestufflegitify The video compression makes it hard to compare that, but it seems a gamma issue on the Xbox, normally it can be ajusted in the options.

Result: PC will forever stomp consoles.

it seems smoother on the xbox(look at the edges of some objects,ex, 4:47 at the dark bush in the middle of the screen), but everything else looked better on the ps3 (color, sharpness, even shadows on most parts which usually doesnt beat the xbox)

There are a couple of frames where the xbox has shadows the ps3 doesn't, but on the 2/3 of the faces the ps3 has the shadows, on 1/3 the xbox has them and the ps3 doesn't. The tree's look more detailed on 360, but looking at fences and generally the sharpness of things, pay attention to the ladder he climbs near the end, the PS3 takes this.

This game looks pretty decent in HD. I'm playing it in 480i resolution on PS3 and it looks TERRIBLE. I can barely read the subtitles and get headshots from a distance because the resolution is so bad. Would it be possible for them to patch the PS3 version and add Anti-Aliasing?

The PS3 version has significantly better texture quality. However, the game has outdated graphics. A lot of popping up of objects, low quality textures, simplistic lighting, sub-HD resolution ... etc. So all i can really say is that the PS3 has the better version of a bad looking game. I'd say it looks a little better than black ops but BO is one shit looking game.
