Woot! I am excited that I get to see your progress, especially with the half marathon on October 9. Of all the H4H3 videos I have watched (which is nearly everyone--- just realized tonight that I missed a few of you,) this is the goal I am most excited to watch. Can't wait!

Long time since I have been on YT catching you vids. Good to see your keeping up on your running. Dang man look at all that bling hanging on the wall behind you!!! Good luck with you next half! I ran my first half on July 9th and then did another on last Saturday. I have another on in 2 week which I am also pushing to PR it as well. Good luck with your training and with H4H!!
