C1-C4 was the best L2 was my fist MMO ever then i played wow and it was to easy, I guess the people who playing l2 know what i mean. The sense of accomplishment when you got your S-grade gear for the first time after countless hours of hunting mats and you knew that not so many people unlike wow had the same gear as you, and then you go with your clan into wars and sieges with other clans...ah good times..

I was thinking of promoting my idea of recreating lineage 2.

What I mean is: thousands of oldschool players, which miss l2 will join up, and will have their fun just like in the old times. The server starts as chronicle 1 and each few months it advances - c2, c3, c4. And the players will vote of when to stop advancing chronicles. The rates about x1-x5. No donating items. Does anyone like this idea? Thumbs up then!

L2 was my 1st MMORPG, i remember when the game 1st released i was so newb! :D Dark Elven village was so packed with players!! i had my 1st pk when i was like lvl 4 as i can remember, as i get close to lvl 15 moved to Gludio and just love the town theme when am afk selling. i lasted until the end c2 due to works/school. But L2 will be in my memories forever! Currently playing AION :D

all armors used to be different and not underpowered as some other same grade item, like people who chose majestic or nightmare or dark crystal instead, maybe tallum?

now everybody wears elegia or valpor, which are both rip offs, elegia is dynasty armor in blue, and valpor is vesper armor with moving textures.

all new armors are made of previous looks and all named the same, it's like 1 crowd of same looking people ...

before kamael, ncsoft was creative with weapons, armors, names, locations.

indeed the mobs and locations now look beautiful graphical, but be honest:

all vesper weapons have the same name, all same style, only with freya weapons they look original and aren't called things like 'freya sword, freya dagger, freya rod'

it had a feeling... watching the landscapes, knowing, you are a part of a world... and not just a "City worm"...

now, under lv 40, you teleport for free, and you get the "newbie" buffs until up to 75...

if you're 75 you ain't a newbie... unless you are soloing and ignore other players completely... I miss L2 :(
