how do you do this? dont you need permission from the city or town to walk about? or do you just do it? we were gonna try it here but we didnt wanna be arrested XD lol
if you're worried about it, go to the police station first and tell them to tell their guys NOT to arrest you. And in most places, i'd imagine that you wouldn't get arrested anyways unless you were disturbing people.

You don't need permission to do this. However you do if you plan on going into a mall or resterant because of no mask policies and the like.
