I know there's no way John could return unless it's a flashback or something. I adored little Sam and little Dean and I'd love to see more backstory to the Winchesters. I know JDM is a really busy man nowadays, but but... :(

This past season, they kept setting it up for John's return and it hever happened. I don't get that. I really thought he'd end up being God or something like that. Maybe he'll show up next season, who knows? But it was a huge letdown the way they kept building up a return that never happened.

My theory/hope/whatever is that when God finally makes an appearance it should be John. Its God so he can take whatever form he wants plus it's the perfect 4 the whole father and two sons thing. I don't know, just a thought. I think it'd be awesome

I can't imagine that he would bad mouth the show or actors, even IF he had HATED it.

Don't get me wrong. I'm not saying that he WASN'T being truthful. By all accounts he enjoyed working on SPN. But there is a business side to acting and I think he's smart enough not to burning bridges.

I am a big Supernatural fan and REALLY want JDM to come back - with his character being dead, they DO have to find the "right" episode(s) obviously.

I agree he's been REALLY busy - stars will need to align.
