so a girl with a arm in a cast shoots a dude for something and he gets beaten by her. yet hes the bad guy. and his inner demon is a naked woman and he dies in the desert. the style was cool but the plot makes no sense honestly. did he do something to the girl? where was he when he got shot?who was the other lady who witnessed it? the style was great but the story has no real narrative.

If you concentrate on it hard, it does make some sense.

The girl in the cast may be injured due to physical abuse that he played on her. The girl, whether or not she is just shooting him for self-defense or for revenge, knows that she must fight fire-with-fire, and sends him spiraling into a whole new level of madness that forces him now to hurt not just the girl but also himself. He explains in the beginning that he has lost all care and hope. READ NEXT COMMENT WON'T FIT, haha

This inner demon is woman because like I said above, he is in a situation where he can be helped but doesn't realize it. The demon appears in such a fashion as to appear attractive to him. She represents the attractiveness of the sin that consumed him. When she appears again, she kisses him goodbye because she now knows that if she followed him to his death that she too would die. She is a demon, which makes her job to make sin seem good, so she makes herself seem like a friend.
