How come you can't just cut it without sections? By letting it all hang down?

@superflyenglishvegan its the same as cutting hair that is half dry and half wet it creates unwanted results such as different length if you are doing a blunt hair cut you don't want any graduation which is what tends to happen if you take too large of a section!

just saying but theres no difference in parting in a straight liine or the inverted v, you're still cutting to the guide line.

@pausemental I think that's recomended for maximum control, and standard, but not singularly used.
